We have been in the Serviced Office culture for the last 16 years now. However, in the early ‘16 we saw a hoarding of open office spaces mushrooming, where people started offering inferior locations, cheaper interiors, free flowing beer & over engagement activities which were hampering the productivity. We asked ourselves a question, “What if we had to open our own office space, would we have gone to such a location?”, the clear answer was “NO”, but then “what did we want?”, we wanted “a premium location, ergonomically designed space, premium fit-outs & of-course no alcohol, but indeed some live cooking cafes, some limited fun & productive activities, finally a very strong Business Support System which would help us grow.” With that thought in mind we sustained our culture & lately lots of professionals & MNCs came to us saying “Hey! we understand your culture & want to be a part of it.” We were happy to welcome them.
Mr. Vineet Taing is a senior management professional with more than 26 years of work experience in the Hotels, Restaurants and Real Estate. His association with Vatika Group has been for more than 20 years now and is known for his strong decisive leadership, conceptualization and implementation of projects to excellence along with value engineering. His invaluable guidance for high service standards as President of Vatika Hotels has helped inculcating the values of commitment, quality, trust and integrity into the flourishing organization.
Mr. Taing is also in the Managing Member Committee of FHRAI and HRANI. Having authored “Global Hospitality Industry & Service Quality Management”, “Advertising & Sales Promotion” and “Tourism Planning & Hospitality Management”, he has got his name engraved amongst the known authors. His keen interest in Hospitality led him to do Graduation in Hotel Management followed by a Masters in Business Administration. Currently he is pursuing his P.hd in Green Hotels.
